Fix :

When you use CONFIG.PermaDraw=2 (2=The memo is draw only when you press contextmenu (Q))

CONFIG.PermaDraw=2 --0= Disabled 1= The memo is draw in the corner of all players, when this option is enabled you can use this command 'permatask_manager_test' to test the system, 2 = The task manager is draw only when the player press contextmenu (C)
