Adds the ability to give, withdraw and set credits from the online player's administration menu without going through the NCredit management panel.

No longer uses the 3D Model directly on the HUD, which saves performance on the client side. 3D avatars on the HUD are no more optimised than a simple image, and it also allows me to remove functions that I would no longer use in the source code.
