David (NordaHL)Creator of this doc Document Updated agoThis is sometimes not the case elsewhere, but here when you buy a script, you also have the technical support that goes with it, the support is limited to solving a problem if there is one. We don't sell scripts that don't work here. So in case of a problem, open a ticket to get technical support. I explain here how to do it.
Do not confuse technical support with customizing a product for your needs in this case it is a service. And if you use a leaked script we don't owe you anything.
Important point not to break the rules and avoid abuses and to avoid wasting time :
To avoid abuse of our kindness only customers will be able to open a ticket and receive help in case of problems.
Do not send your developers a private message to write a support claim because they will not be able to provide us with the information we need to help. There are a lot of leaky script users who abuse a little more and always want help and I can't tell the difference between the two.
If you have not purchased the product, do not claim support for a product posted on the forum or on the Discord or in a private message, you are violating the main rules.
If a friend of yours has provided you with a script for your own use it is a leak, you are not allowed to ask for help, it is humanly impossible to provide personalized help to everyone in this way.
Its rules are used to maintain a high level of responsiveness for real customers. Caring for those who do not support us would prevent us from caring for those who deserve our attention.
How to open a ticket?
To get personalized support, you will need to open a ticket and not send a private message. To open a support ticket go to the description of the script concerned. A questionnaire will be checked, it will allow you to know what you have already checked, in this questionnaire there is the solution and links next to the answers to check, you will find solutions to the main problems encountered.
To help you in the most effective way, please provide as much information as possible about the problem you encountered, and how to reproduce your bug. Avoid the typical message like "Hey I have a bug", we're not supposed to ask you what's your problem. If we have the elements to reproduce the same bug there is a good chance that the answer will be your solution.
